In June of 2005, Dustin joined ITS. His background includes a combined 29 years in machining, manufacturing engineering, and sales with a major carbide company.

Mike joined ITS in November of 2016. He completed his apprenticeship in 1988 and brings to ITS over 40 years in the industry – 25+ years in the shop machining, programming and mfg engineering, and the last 13 years in metalworking sales, which includes 7 years with a major carbide manufacturer.

Dan started with ITS September of 2018, bringing over 40 years of manufacturing knowledge and experience. The first 15 years of Dan's career was spent as a machinist. He progressed his career by spending the next 23 years working and managing at a large aerospace and medical swiss machine shop.

In January of 2015, Chris Biever joined ITS. With over 25 years of experience in the industry, Chris held management positions at a major manufacturer as well as sales for a large carbide company. Chris adds excellent technical experience and great customer service to the team.

Brandon started with ITS January 2018, bringing over 25 years experience to the team. He started his career as a Journeyman Tool and Die/CNC Machinist at one of WI largest shops. He then further elevated his career with a position in tool sales with LMT Tools as a territory specialist for WI. After 4 years of tools sales he was promoted to milling & tapping product manager. Within 5 years he was then promoted to national sales manager for LMT Tools.

Travis Nelson started in April 2021, bringing 20 years of machining, setting up & programming experience in two different shops after his technical degree in machine tooling. He further devolped his career path into process improvements for machine shops in Wisconsin for a technical distribution company for five years.

Josh joined the ITS team in March of 2024. Josh graduated from UW Stout with a bachelor's degree Engineering and Production Operations. Josh has technical sales experience from two major tooling companies, and machining experience from working in two machine shops while gaining his bachelor's degree.
